Mastro pasta started the production in 2014 to supply restaurants in Copenhagen with fresh organic pasta. In 2015 we expanded with a pasteria in Hellerup.

Since then, we have produced around 58.000 kg
of fresh pasta and ravioli for our guests and other restaurant’s guests; at Bar Pasta, Esmée, Fiat, Madklubben, Market Italian, Mela, Victor and more.

Even though most guests come and eat in the restaurant, we still do pasta on demand. Please order 24 hours before or see what we have fresh when you pass by.

Mastro pasta is made with non-modified (non-GMO) semolina from Puglia. This flour - semolina - has a higher level of protein and minerals than fx conventional white flour. Prepared with vegetables or in sauces, the blood sugar don’t spike as you might have heard about pasta. There are actually very few excuses not to enjoy our pasta.
